End User License Agreement

This EULA governs your use of Monarch audio plugin software purchased from doepesci.com or authorized resellers. By installing or activating the software you agree to these terms.

License grant

Each paid license is a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the major version purchased on up to three machines you own or control, for personal or commercial music production. Suite purchases unlock every Collective plugin under the same seat limit per product entitlement we issue.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer except as permitted by law, or use the software to build a competing product. License keys and builds are for your activations only.

Updates & termination

We may provide updates at our discretion. We may revoke licenses for chargebacks, fraud, or material breach. On termination you must stop using and delete installed copies.

Disclaimer

Software is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Monarch’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for the affected license in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
