Refund Policy

Digital plugin licenses are generally non-refundable once a download link has been issued or a license has been activated on a machine.

When we will help

• Purchase paid but licenses not delivered within 24 hours
• Duplicate charges or clear billing errors
• Installer/build unavailable for a paid SKU for an extended period

Contact support@doepesci.com with your order email and approximate purchase time. Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate license and entitlement revocation, including removal of machine activations.
