These Terms govern use of the Monarch Labs Collective storefront at doepesci.com and related purchase flows. Software use is also governed by the EULA.
Accounts & purchases
You must provide accurate information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout; taxes may be calculated by Stripe Tax where enabled. A completed purchase creates license entitlements in your account.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, resell licenses, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts for fraud or abuse.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance, except where law requires additional consent.
