Privacy Policy

We collect information needed to run the storefront, fulfill licenses, and support you. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

• Account email and authentication metadata (via Supabase Auth)
• Purchase and payment metadata (via Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
• License keys, activation counts, and machine identifiers used for seat enforcement
• Support messages and optional analytics if you enable cookies/scripts

Processors

Stripe (payments & tax), Supabase (auth, database, file storage), Brevo (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under their own policies for the purpose of delivering our service.

Retention & rights

We retain order and license records as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and license validation. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data subject to legal retention needs by emailing support@doepesci.com.

Cookies

Essential cookies support login and cart sessions. Optional analytics cookies are used only if configured on the deployment.
