Session AI turns a brief into tracks, markers, and mix notes — then packs recipe.json + stems for the MLC Session Bridge. With Pro Tools running, Bridge talks Avid PTSL so Pro Tools itself writes a native .ptx. Works on Intro, Artist, Studio, and Ultimate. This is not a renamed XML file pretending to be a session.

FAQ

Before you buy

Will this open in Pro Tools Intro / Artist?+

Yes — for native .ptx creation. The Bridge uses Avid PTSL while Pro Tools is running. AAF import is Studio/Ultimate-only; we do not sell fake AAF/PTX files.

Does Bridge auto-insert third-party plugins?+

No. PTSL has no public API for that. Plugin chains land in MLC_MIX_RECALL_NOTES.txt beside the session for manual recall (Monarch track templates coming later).

Is this included in Monarch Suite?+

No. Session AI is a separate tools SKU so Suite stays a plugin license.

Is this a subscription?+

Which formats and platforms?+

This is a web + companion tool, not an AU/VST3/AAX/CLAP plugin. You need Pro Tools installed locally to create the .ptx.
